Stephanie J. Hauge, facilitator and process person for several of our CCA sessions, has completed her employment with the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation and related entities. Stephanie was their Director of Finance and Administration for almost five years. She has enjoyed a long career in financial leadership positions in several industries, and for mainly public reporting companies.
Prior to entering the business world, Stephanie was a Discalced Carmelite for fifteen years and considers her affliation with Carmel one of her greatest blessings. She is seriously considering a consulting practice that would focus on serving non-profit organizations, and in particular faith based organizations and religious communities. The focus of her practice would be utilizing her leadership, facilitation experiences and skills as well as strong business acumen in support of the needs of these organizations.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has been a champion of women reaching their potential for leadership and positively supporting each other in matters that affect their lives. Stephanie currently serves as the VP for the Financial Women’s Association of NY (an 1100 member organization) and is teaching at the Non Profit Sector Institute at Seton Hall University . She has been for several years the director of the RCIA in her parish, and is also acting as a spiritual mentor and member of a small group of successful business women looking to deepen their faith/prayer life. Stephanie is also a beta participant in the Micah Senior Executive Project at the Center for Catholic Studies at Seton Hall University , which is exploring the role of Ignatius’ Examen to help leaders and executives ask the critical questions in their lives that call for important decisions.
If you know of any community or religious organization that might be interested in engaging Stephanie, she can be contacted at shauge@att.net , and/or 973-539-8418.
